Brussels, BELGIUM – The Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA Europe) has strengthened its Brussels office with new staff appointments across its policy and communications teams.
Albane Vannier, Alessia Loi, and Beatriz Tomé Rodríguez join CCIA Europe as it continues to advocate for a thriving EU digital economy, a role the Association has played since 2009.
Albane Vannier joins CCIA Europe as Policy Manager, leading the Association’s advocacy on consumer protection, online safety, and platform-related issues. Prior to this role, Vannier worked as a public affairs consultant in Brussels advising multinational companies on EU digital strategy, after serving at the European External Action Service.
Also joining the policy team is Alessia Loi, who takes on the role of Junior Policy Associate focusing on connectivity files. Previously, Loi gained policy experience at a cloud-networking and cybersecurity firm and a Brussels public affairs consultancy, where she worked on cybersecurity, connectivity, and copyright issues.
Beatriz Tomé Rodríguez takes on the role of Communications Associate, supporting the Brussels office’s media outreach and communications work. Prior to joining CCIA Europe, she gained extensive experience at several public affairs consultancies and the European Committee of the Regions.
