In Pictures: European AI Roundtable on General-Purpose AI (GPAI) Code of Practice

On 16 October 2024, the second edition of the European AI Roundtable, hosted by the Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA Europe), brought together key voices from the artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem to engage in vital discussions on shaping the future of AI governance in the European Union. 

With a focus on the ongoing drafting of the AI Act’s Code of Practice for providers of general-purpose AI (GPAI) models, participants from leading AI companies, academia, national governments, and civil society explored how to translate the EU’s landmark AI Act into actionable guidelines for GPAI development and use.
