CCIA Welcomes Incoming Article 29 Chair

Brussels, BELGIUM — Today, the head of the Austrian Data Protection Authority Andrea Jelinek was elected as the new Chairwoman of the Article 29 Working Party. With her election today, Jelinek is also likely to become the first Chair of the European Data Protection Board when the General Data Protection Regulation enters into force on May 25, 2018.
