CCIA Signs Letter Supporting Multistakeholder Input On UN Information Society Review

New York — The World Summit on the Information Society is celebrating its 10th anniversary. Starting next month the UN will begin a process ahead of a December conference in New York to review the implementation of WSIS. The Computer & Communications Industry Association joined public interest groups and others in a letter to the President of the UN General Assembly asking that process continue its tradition of allowing input from all stakeholders at each stage and to allow comments both at in-person meetings and online.
