A large survey of consumers and enterprise users found that desktop computers and browsers are holding their own against smartphones, and may even be beating out smartphones with respect to AI tools. Consumers want to use both desktops/browsers and smartphones to interface with AI tools, while enterprise users prefer desktop/browser interfaces over smartphones for AI tools.
