CCIA Welcomes Confirmation of NTIA Leader

Washington – The U.S. Senate has confirmed Arielle Roth as Administrator of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). Roth will help lead the Administration’s telecommunications policy at a time when demand for spectrum is growing exponentially. The Computer & Communications Industry Association has advocated for expanding high-speed broadband access for more than 25 years.

The following can be attributed to CCIA Vice President, Federal Affairs, Brian McMillan:

“We welcome Administrator Roth and look forward to working with her to advance internet connectivity for consumers and businesses. Allocating quality spectrum will be crucial to digital services that continue to redefine technology frontiers which fuel U.S. economic growth.”
