Patrick Hills

Creative Director

Patrick is Creative Director at CCIA where he leads global brand, design, and development efforts and collaborates with issue experts to develop materials that convey the Association’s views and research to policymakers, the public, and other key stakeholders.

Patrick has over 15 years of experience building rich brands and multi-faceted campaigns for trade associations, non-profits, political campaigns, and small businesses– showcasing the best of what the internet, communication, and technology industries can accomplish. He is a multi-disciplinary, full-stack designer with a passion for merging development with design to create effective and engaging results.

Prior to joining CCIA, Patrick was the Creative & Design Director at Internet Association (IA), a then-leading trade association for online websites and services. While at IA, he worked to establish the association as the industry voice on tech policy issues such as content moderation, net neutrality, digital trade, and privacy. He also founded a design firm where he worked with clients including the Thurgood Marshall College Fund and Chamber of Progress. Patrick has also worked with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and The World Bank.
