Maria Teresa Stecher

Maria Teresa is a Policy Advisor at the Brussels office of the Computer & Communications Industry Association. She supports the Brussels team on a wide range of digital policies, including telecommunications issues, competition and artificial intelligence

Prior to joining CCIA, Maria Teresa worked for Squire Patton Boggs, where she focused on data protection and privacy issues. Previously, she was a trainee at the European Commission, Directorate-General for Competition.

Maria Teresa holds a Master’s Degree in Law, with a focus on European Law, from Bocconi University (Milan) and is in the process of obtaining the Italian bar qualification.
