Charlotte Holloway

Charlotte Holloway is Senior Manager, UK at CCIA UK, where she supports the association’s engagement with UK policymakers and stakeholders across a range of technology policy issues including competition, artificial intelligence, digital regulation, trade, and online safety.
Charlotte has more than 15 years’ experience working across technology policy, government relations, and public affairs. Prior to joining CCIA, she was Head of Public Policy at the British technology company Trainline. Before that, she spent four years at Zoom Video Communications, where she led government relations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, having previously served as the company’s UK Government Relations Director.
Earlier in her career, Charlotte was Policy Director at techUK and later served for five years as a Board Director of the organisation. She has also worked for two UK policy think tanks, and was a political adviser to two shadow ministers on digital and industrial policy. Charlotte is also a former parliamentary candidate and currently serves as a Policy Associate at the Future Governance Forum.
Her experience spans policy areas including AI, competition policy, digital trade, online platforms, and the future of work.
