The American University Washington College of Law’s Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property will explore the differences in fair use law around the world in a panel discussion. Fair use exceptions to copyright law facilitate the quotation of materials by journalists and academics and the ability to index and navigate the vast network of online content.
