Tom Mann

Tom Mann is the Regional State Policy Manager for the Southeast at the Computer & Communications Industry Association. Prior to joining CCIA, Tom served as Senior Policy Advisor and Manager of State Government Relations at the American Telemedicine Association, where he led state-level advocacy efforts and launched and managed the organization’s political action committee. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Robert Morris University and a master’s degree in public policy from Liberty University.
