Michael Marn

Michael Marn is Senior Manager, Federal Affairs at the Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA).

Michael most recently served as a Legislative Assistant to Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), where he advised on matters before the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation. In this role, he developed policy recommendations on emerging technologies and engaged regularly with stakeholders from the public and private sectors. Prior to that, Michael was a Senior Policy Analyst at a leading government relations firm, providing real-time analysis to clients on legislative and regulatory developments, with a particular focus on tax, privacy, cybersecurity, and telecommunications. He has also served at the White House Office of Presidential Correspondence during the first Trump administration, The Heritage Foundation, and the Republican National Committee.

Michael holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Politics from The Catholic University of America.
