Austin — CCIA President & CEO Ed Black will join AEI and Ambassador for the EU delegation the US David O’Sullivan for a panel discussion at South by Southwest Saturday at 12:30pm. The panel, “EU Digital Single Market: Breaking Down Barriers,” will discuss the EU’s strategy to unite the 508 million people in its 28 Member States into a digital single market. The EU released its plan in May 2015 and since then has offered additional details on how that will be done.
