Washington — The technology industry continues to benefit from balanced copyright policies, which help support and incentivize new technology and disruptive business models. Courts recently affirmed the legality of these policies in two new copyright opinions that addressed fair use and other limitations and exceptions to copyright: Fox v. DISH and Rosen v. eBay.
