Alvaro Marañon

Alvaro Marañon is a Policy Counsel at the Computer & Communications Industry Association, where he works on law and policy issues regarding privacy, security, and emerging technology. Alvaro is a current fellow at the Internet Law & Policy Foundry.

Alvaro was a fellow in Cybersecurity Law at Lawfare and part of the inaugural cohort of fellows in the Emerging Technology Policy Leaders program created by the Hewlett Foundation and CKI.

Alvaro received his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire, his J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law, and is admitted to practice in D.C.
